Hills, USA, has fallen below the treshold of 5% of the voting rights in Klöckner
& Co SE on 26 July 2010. The voting rights of Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC in
Klöckner & Co SE amounted to 4.66 % (3,099,474 voting rights) as of that date.
All voting rights in Klöckner & Co SE were attributed to Franklin Mutual
Advisers, LLC, pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG. Franklin Mutual
Series Funds managed by Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC holds directly 3% voting
rights or more which were attributed to Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC. 
2. According to section 21 para 1 WpHG Franklin Mutual Series Funds, Short
Hills, USA, has fallen below the treshold of 5% of the voting rights in Klöckner
& Co SE on 23 July 2010. The voting rights of Franklin Mutual Series Funds in
Klöckner & Co SE amounted to 4.64 % (3,083,785 voting rights) as of that date.
